Pro Tip:
1. Slightly over line the outside of the upper lip with The Lip Kit sculpting lip pencil, focusing on the cupid's bow.
2. Slightly over line the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the lip pencil upwards to the outer corners moving the lip pencil inside the lip line.
3. Softly diffuse and blend the lip pencil from the corner inward and finish with The Lip Kit matte liquid lip stick.
Also, to avoid that dry feeling apply a thin layer of Lust Luxe Lip Balm prior to the application.
